Major intervention on a small dwelling that had been strongly adulterated by clandestine and uncharacteristic constructions, reducing it to its original core. A house and property acquired as a second home, it organized a very contained metric programme, intentionally sized and restricted by the configuration of the pre-existing ruins. The depuration of the solutions in close relation with the sensorial expression of the (adopted or existing) construction materials, ensures, along with the sobriety of the treatment of the outdoor spaces, the comfort and informality of its sporadic use. It is fully integrated in its natural surroundings.
