CEREALIS SGPS OFFICES
MAIA, 2002
Rehabilitation of an old factory, turning it into the business group’s headquarters. The building’s organization reinterprets the old factory structure, accommodating an office complex for management and functional departments. It also includes a museum, a ceremonial hall for representative acts, and an auditorium.
The project was developed around the three-stories-high atrium that used to be the former grain silo. An upward path, peripheral to the grand central span, emphasizes the building’s representative and institutional nature.
It is endowed with an extensive private parking lot and vast landscaped areas, respecting the adjacent Leça River’s natural area.
