Recovery and expansion of a pre-existing housing building, endowing it with a garage and dependent outdoor spaces (storage and laundry). The interior spaces of the existing dwelling were reorganized and upgraded to suit them to a contemporary housing programme that is also functionally accessible to citizens with restricted mobility.
